the thing is in case of war.. the winning nation has to pay all the war dues of the loosing nation..
Now why would you pay the creditor's of your enemy?

look at 9-11 the world trade center was built to withstand an aircraft strike....
not disclosed is that US defence forces was conducting a stimulation of hijack of airlines at the same moment when the hijack took place ..
the rapid action force which is supposed to scramble jets in 5 minutes .. did not even scramble one jet .. because of the Defence drill which resulted in multiple false signals.. confusing the strike force from what is real and what is a drill..
Anyway..not something we can discuss on this board..as its a much too big a topic for discussion..
